Accessibility Statement

Presentya is committed to making presentya.shop usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

1. Our commitment

We aim to conform to Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AA, and to the applicable duties under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.

This statement covers the public Presentya website at https://presentya.shop. It does not cover third-party merchant storefronts, Shopify admin, Google sign-in screens, or content hosted outside our control.

2. Measures we take

  • skip link to the main content of each page;
  • semantic headings, landmarks, and labeled form fields;
  • visible keyboard focus and support for keyboard use of the main navigation, including the mobile menu;
  • text alternatives for meaningful controls; decorative images are marked so they can be ignored;
  • color contrast intended to meet AA for body text and primary controls;
  • respect for reduced-motion preferences where animation is used;
  • a contact path for accessibility feedback and accommodation requests.

3. Known limitations

Parts of the experience are not fully under our control or are still being improved:

  • Google's sign-in screens and Shopify checkout;
  • product images, videos, and copy supplied by merchants;
  • AI-generated presenter images, which may not include a full text equivalent of the visual;
  • embedded third-party media or share sheets on your device;
  • older share pages or archived content that has not been rebuilt.

4. Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnification, and keyboard-only navigation. Please keep your browser and assistive technology up to date.

Use the topic "Issue" and mention that your message is about accessibility. Include the page URL and a short description of the problem. We will try to respond within a reasonable time and to offer a workable solution.
