Privacy Policy

Presentya operates the website and services available at https://presentya.shop (the "Service"). In this policy, "Presentya", "we", "us", and "our" mean the operator of that Service.

Presentya is a technology platform that helps participating merchants enable product sharing and optional AI presenter content, and helps creators share that content and track attributed activity. We are not the seller of merchant products and we are not a party to the purchase contract between a shopper and a merchant.

This policy applies to personal information we process when you visit presentya.shop, create a creator account, submit a contact message, use Model It or Be the Presenter, share content, or otherwise use the Service. It does not apply to merchant storefronts, Shopify, Google, payment providers, or other third-party sites and apps, which have their own policies.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image, as provided by Google.
• Profile information. A public creator handle, display name, and other profile details you choose to set.
• Content you provide. Photos you upload for Be the Presenter, generated presenter images, product-share selections, captions or share pages you publish, and messages you send through the contact form (topic, email, and message).
• Usage and attribution data. Visits to share pages, referral identifiers, device or visitor identifiers we set for attribution, timestamps, and order or commission events merchants or their Shopify app send us so we can attribute activity and calculate earnings.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type, and similar log data that are created when our servers receive a request.

We do not ask you to provide payment card details on presentya.shop in the current version of the Service.

We use personal information to:

• create and authenticate creator accounts;
• operate sharing, attribution, analytics, and earnings tracking;
• generate presenter images when you use Be the Presenter, and keep your original upload separate from the generated result;
• respond to contact and pilot requests;
• secure the Service, prevent abuse, and debug faults;
• comply with law and enforce our terms;
• communicate with you about the Service, including operational notices.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your original Be the Presenter photo as a public share image.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing a creator platform, to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, based on your consent (for example, uploading a photo for AI generation or signing in with Google).

We use cookies that are needed to run the Service, including a signed session cookie after you log in, short-lived cookies for Google sign-in, and a visitor identifier used to attribute later store activity to a share. We may also store a local preference used only for internal preview of empty dashboard states. These technologies are used to provide the Service, not to run third-party advertising networks on presentya.shop.

You can block cookies in your browser. If you do, sign-in, sharing, and attribution may not work correctly.

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Google. Authentication is provided by Google. Google processes your sign-in according to its own policies.
• Merchants and Shopify. Participating merchants (and the Shopify app they use with Presentya) receive information needed to run their creator program, such as attributed visits, orders, and commission-related events. They do not receive your original uploaded photo.
• The public. Content you choose to publish — for example a share page or public creator profile — is visible to anyone with the link.
• Service providers. Hosting, infrastructure, and similar vendors that process data on our instructions.
• Legal and safety. If we are required by law, or if disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect Presentya, users, or the public from fraud, abuse, or security harm.

If you use Be the Presenter, you upload a photo so the Service can generate an image of you with a product. You must only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo you have all rights and consents to use for this purpose. We treat the original upload as private input to that process. The generated image becomes public only if you choose to share it.

AI output can be inaccurate or unflattering. We do not warrant that a generated image will match your appearance, and we are not responsible for how others reuse a page you made public.

We keep account, share, attribution, and contact records for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain financial and attribution history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize personal information we do not need to retain. Some records, such as attributed order history needed for merchant reconciliation, may be retained in limited form.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS in production and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk to that extent.

Subject to applicable law — including Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and, where it applies, the EU/UK GDPR — you may request access to personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or restriction of processing. You may also object to certain processing and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To make a request, use our contact form and tell us what you need. We may ask you to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, including the Israel Privacy Protection Authority.

We may process information on servers and with vendors outside your country, including the United States (for example Google authentication). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by law.

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links, merchant checkout, Shopify, Google, and social platforms are outside our control. Their collection of information is governed by their policies, not this one.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be highlighted in the Service.
